What Information Is Metro Gathering?

Included in the survey will be questions regarding personal information from our riders. This data is confidential and used to help Metro understand who is using our services. A clear picture of who our ridership is so we can make changes and improve the experience for all. This not only impacts your experience as a rider but also assists us with outreach and education to agencies and groups throughout Kalamazoo County.
