Beginning March 17, 2025, Metro will be reducing service hours. How will this impact your travel plans and what is Metro doing to help?

On Monday, February 10, 2025, Miller Transportation notified Metro that they will no longer service locations in Michigan including the Kalamazoo Transportation Center (KTC).

Metro issued a statement to the press yesterday in response to a violent incident that occurred between two individuals on January 23rd, 2025.

Starting Monday, January 6, 2025, 12 – Duke will be starting a new route with new stops to help riders safely access their community.

Beginning Monday, December 30, routes 12 – Duke and 13 – S Burdick will be running on detours. Riders can expect the detours to last for the next few days.  These detours impact our ability to service some stops. Click for more information!

Many Metro buses that service WMU’s main campus operate based on the academic schedule. During the semester, bus service may be suspended during breaks or holidays. Read more to see the 2024 – 2025 service schedule!

Route 14 – W. Main has been unable to serve the Oshtemo Public Library due to construction. Fortunately, Metro has solutions for those needing access to the Oshtemo library branch. Read more for details!
