Driver Shortage Impacts Service Hours

What is Impacted and Why

Beginning March 17, 2025, Metro will be reducing service hours. Due to a shortage of drivers, the following routes will continue to serve the public with altered schedules:

  • 2 – Portage
  • 7 – Alamo
  • 14 – West Main

These three routes will suspend half-hour service. They will continue to run on the :15 hourly schedule.

  • 26 – West Centre
  • 27 – Romence

Both routes will end service at 6:45pm Monday through Friday. There will be no Saturday or Sunday service.

myStop Mobile and Track My Bus will be updated on Monday, March 17, 2025, to reflect the changes in service. We look forward to resuming full service to all routes as quickly as possible.
